- • Automatic and garage door motors and their electrical work
- • Fire-door certification or any regulated compliance certification
- • Supply of a new door leaf unless included in your quote

- Whether the fix is an adjustment or a component replacement
- Hardware condition, age and availability of matching parts
- Number of doors on the same visit
- Access, height and whether the frame itself needs repair

When more information is needed. Most door problems can be estimated from photos or a short video. We may need more information when the frame or floor has moved and the cause cannot be seen in a photo.

Questions about this job
My door only sticks in summer. Is that fixable?
Usually yes. Seasonal swelling and a slightly dropped hinge are common together, and adjustment or a small amount of easing normally solves it. We will tell you if the door has moved enough that a longer-term repair is the sensible option.
Can you repair the lock at the same time?
Yes. Locks and handles are a normal part of the same visit. Tell us the brand if you know it, or send a photo, so we can bring likely parts.
