What we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number or email address, suburb, description of the job, any timing note, and any photos you choose to upload. We also keep information you send by phone, WhatsApp or WeChat. We do not ask for your date of birth or payment card details.

Why we hold it

We use it to reply to your enquiry, work out an estimate, arrange access if you go ahead, and keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list from an enquiry.

Photos you send us

Photos uploaded through the form are stored privately and linked to your enquiry. Photos sent by message stay in the owner's messaging account. They are not published on this website or sent to an automated analysis or AI service.

Analytics

If website measurement is used, it records anonymous interactions such as how many people tapped the call button. Nothing you enter in the enquiry form or tell us by phone or message is sent to any analytics or session-recording service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept while they may still be relevant and then deleted. Records connected to work we carried out, quotes and invoices are kept for as long as Australian record-keeping and tax obligations require.

Access and deletion

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry and its photos. Use the contact form or call us to make a request. Call 0401 956 680. Please include your reference number, if available, or roughly when you contacted us.

Contracts

Service conditions are separate from this notice and are set out in our Terms and Conditions. Sending an enquiry is not a booking and not an accepted quote.
