Option 2: On-Site Assessment
When Photos Aren’t Enough
Some businesses use bait pricing — quoting unrealistically low prices to win the job, then adding unexpected charges once the work begins.
We don’t work that way.
As a Google 5-Star rated business, we believe in providing honest and responsible quotes and work results, so that you and your friends will give us on-going business.
We only recommend an on-site assessment when photos or videos cannot provide enough information to quote your job properly, such as when:
- You have multiple jobs to assess
- Accurate measurements are required
- The job requires inspection, diagnosis or physical examination
- The cause or extent of the problem cannot be determined from photos or videos
- For example, a leaking shower may need physical inspection to identify where the water is actually coming from before we can recommend the right repair and give you a responsible price.
We don’t want you paying an assessment fee unnecessarily. That’s why we always try Option 1 first whenever practical.
Assessment Fees start from as little as $59, depends on your location and the amount of work to be assessed.
And if you choose to proceed with the quoted work, your assessment fee is fully credited towards the job.
