When more information is needed. Touch-ups and single rooms are usually quotable from photos. An assessment is more useful for whole-house work, unclear surface condition or colour matching in difficult light.

How much do painting and touch-ups cost?

Labour starts from $79 for small touch-ups and $299 for larger jobs, including GST. Parts and materials are additional unless stated otherwise. Pricing can be affected by the area, number of coats and surface condition, whether the existing colour is known or must be matched, the preparation and repairs needed, and access, ceiling height and furniture to move. A starting price is not a fixed quote; the accepted quote sets the scope.

Will a touch-up blend in with my existing paint?

Sometimes. Aged paint fades, so a touch-up may be visible in certain light, and an invisible result on aged paint is not guaranteed. We will be direct about where a touch-up is suitable and where painting a full wall or room is the more realistic answer.

Can you match our existing colour?

Often, yes. Colour matching is a separately priced option. If you still have the paint tin or colour name, matching is simpler.

Do you do end-of-lease and pre-sale touch-ups?

Yes, presentation touch-ups before a sale, inspection or handover are common work. This does not guarantee the return of a rental bond or an agent's condition-report outcome. See pre-sale and pre-lease touch-ups.

Do you paint house exteriors?

No. Full exterior house repaints, roof coatings, lead-paint removal and asbestos-related work are not included in this service.
