My door only sticks in summer. Is that fixable?
Often, yes. Seasonal swelling and a slightly dropped hinge commonly occur together, and adjustment or a small amount of easing may be enough. If the door has moved enough that a longer-term repair is more sensible, we will tell you before starting.
Can you repair the lock or handle at the same time?
Yes. Latch, strike-plate, lock and handle adjustment or replacement can be part of the same visit. Tell us the brand if you know it, or send a photo, so likely parts can be checked. See also lock replacement.
Do you repair garage doors or automatic doors?
No. Automatic and garage door motors and their electrical work are not included, and neither is fire-door or other compliance certification.
