Pricing can be affected by the number of palings, rails or posts to replace, whether posts are rotten or have concrete footings to remove, fence height, material and access to both sides, and removal of old material. A starting price is not a fixed quote; the accepted quote sets the scope.
Can you fix a leaning fence?
Leaning sections can be re-supported where the posts allow. Several leaning posts or a longer run of new fencing usually needs measurements first.
Can you replace missing or broken palings?
Yes. Missing, broken or rotten palings and rails can be replaced, and repaired sections painted or stained.
Can you fix a gate that won't close?
Often. Sagging hinges, a moved post or a misaligned latch are common causes, and many are an adjustment or a hinge or latch replacement.
Do you handle dividing fences with neighbours?
We do not arrange or resolve dividing-fence agreements or boundary disputes. Pool fence compliance certification and retaining walls are also not included.
