Can you fit a lock I have already bought?
Usually, as long as it suits the door. Tell us the brand and model when you call so compatibility can be checked before the visit. Customer-supplied products remain subject to compatibility.
Can you install a smart lock?
Customer-supplied smart locks can be installed on compatible doors. Hard-wired electronic and electric strike locks are not included.
Do you do emergency lockouts?
No. For a lockout, call a locksmith. This service covers planned lock replacement and adjustment, not master-key systems, restricted keys or security certification.
