When more information is needed. A few cracked tiles or a regrout can often be estimated from photos. Widespread cracking or tiles lifting in a shower may point to movement or water, and needs more information first.

How much do tile repairs and regrouting cost?
Labour starts from $129, including GST. Parts and materials are additional unless stated otherwise. Pricing can be affected by the number of tiles to replace and whether you have spares, tile size and type and how firmly the old tiles are bonded, the area of grout to renew, and whether the cause (movement or water) has been fixed. A starting price is not a fixed quote; the accepted quote sets the scope.
Can you replace just one cracked tile?
Individual cracked or loose tiles can often be replaced where matching tiles are available, which may avoid re-tiling the whole area.
What if I don't have spare tiles?
We can look for a close match, but an exact match is not always possible with older tiles. We will tell you before starting so you can decide. Supply of discontinued tiles is not included.
Can regrouting fix a leaking shower?
Not necessarily. Surface grout and sealant work is not the same as replacing or certifying the concealed waterproofing system. If the issue appears to be outside this surface-repair scope, further assessment or an appropriately qualified specialist may be required.
Why are my tiles cracking or lifting?
Widespread cracking, or tiles lifting in a shower, may point to movement or water, so more information is needed before a price. Repairing the slab or floor structure under the tiles is not included.
