- Removing mouldy or failed silicone and resealing
- Repairing water- or mould-damaged plaster outside wet areas
- Assessing leaking taps, shower heads and toilet cisterns, and advising if a licensed plumber is required
- Cleaning exhaust fans and replacing covers or grilles (a licensed electrician may be required for disconnection or reconnection)
- Fitting towel rails, toilet-roll holders, mirrors and shelves
- Adjusting and repairing vanity and kitchen cabinet doors and drawers
- Small patching and painting after repairs

- • Plumbing that needs a licence: pipes, water connections and any work on the water supply — a licensed plumber is required
- • Electrical work that needs a licence: power points, lights and wiring — a licensed electrician is required

- Whether damage extends beyond what can be seen

When more information is needed. Resealing and small fixes can often be estimated from photos. If there may be an active leak inside a wall or floor, you need a licensed plumber first — sealing over a leak does not fix it.

Pricing can be affected by the amount of silicone or damaged wall to remove and redo, whether damage extends beyond what can be seen, the number of items to fit or adjust, and drying time or a second visit. A starting price is not a fixed quote; the accepted quote sets the scope.
Can you fix a leaking tap or toilet?
We can assess leaking taps, shower heads and toilet cisterns and advise if a licensed plumber is required. We will let you know before proceeding. Plumbing that needs a licence is not included.
Will new silicone stop the mould coming back?
Fresh silicone replaces the mouldy sealant, but ventilation and cleaning affect how quickly mould returns. We will tell you if the cause looks like moisture or a leak rather than old silicone.
Can you fit towel rails, mirrors and shelves?
Yes. Towel rails, toilet-roll holders, mirrors and shelves can be fitted, and vanity and kitchen cabinet doors and drawers adjusted or repaired.
Do you find leaks inside walls or under floors?
No. Leak diagnosis inside walls or under floors is not included. If there may be an active leak, a licensed plumber is needed first, because sealing over a leak does not fix it.
